Medical Caring System is a management system specifically designed for special education schools. It enables the school to record and follow up on students’ nursing routine, such as their diet, toileting, student journal, sleep condition, etc. Staff on shifts will be able to transfer these information to one and other. All the data will be stored on a centralised platform, which can be exported for case analysis and offline storage.

As a MiMoID boarding school in Yuen Long, Hong Chi Morningjoy School has been putting great effort in developing various digital campus solutions, so to reduce teachers’ administrative workload and to improve communications with parents. In 2014, the school joined Wifi100 Scheme and was subsidised to install wireless broadband throughout the campus. It then began using eClass Medical Caring System and eClass Parent App to replace the traditional ‘log book’ system and digitalise their student data. The system fits very well into their needs as a special education school.
